1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and TheWolfpack, doing business as Denly(“Denly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of Denly, including our website, customer account, support, scheduling, payments, and property services.

By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to request work at the service address. Service is currently limited to verified addresses in Broward County, Florida. No invitation is required.

2. Denly and service providers

Denly, owned and operated by TheWolfpack, operates the platform, owns and manages the customer relationship, confirms eligibility, coordinates scheduling, collects payment, provides support, and maintains Denly property maps. The physical visit is performed by an independent company approved by Denly (a “Service Provider”).

Service Providers are independent businesses, not Denly or TheWolfpack employees, agents, partners, or franchisees. Denly may assign, replace, or remove a Service Provider. You will be able to see the assigned company’s profile and, when available, verified Denly ratings before the visit.

3. The lawn service

The pilot service is robot-powered cutting of an eligible backyard lawn. It includes a property-mapping visit, an approved local provider, robot setup and monitoring, scheduling, status updates, and Denly support.

Unless an order clearly says otherwise, the service does not include front-yard mowing, edging, blowing, bagging clippings, landscaping, debris removal, treatment, irrigation work, or manual finishing. Results vary with grass condition, weather, obstacles, access, terrain, and robot capability. Future services, such as pressure washing, apply only if Denly separately offers them and you expressly order them.

String trimming along lawn edges and around obstacles is an optional add-on, not part of the mowing price. Once your scan provides a measured lawn area, you can add it to one visit or every visit in Denly Account.

4. Property mapping and scanning

Before autonomous work can begin, Denly or a Service Provider may scan the property using device cameras, LiDAR or other depth sensors, positioning data, and augmented-reality tools. A scan may capture the lawn boundary, access points, fences, obstacles, slopes, irrigation features, walls, windows, and other nearby surfaces needed to assess or provide present or future services.

Denly uses the scan to create and maintain a digital property map or “property twin.” Measurements and classifications are automated estimates. They are not a land survey, appraisal, engineering plan, construction measurement, code determination, or guarantee that a surface is suitable for any future service. Denly may require a new scan when the property changes or the prior map is not reliable.

5. Scheduling, access, and rescheduling

Visit dates and arrival windows are estimates, not guaranteed appointments. Denly or the Service Provider may reschedule because of weather, unsafe conditions, property access, equipment or robot failure, staffing, traffic, emergencies, or another operational problem. Denly will update the visit status and send a new date or window through Denly as soon as reasonably possible.

A rescheduled visit remains part of the same order or subscription cycle and is not charged twice. If Denly cannot complete a paid visit, Denly may provide a replacement visit, account credit, or refund for that visit. You may request changes through Denly support, but changes are subject to provider availability and may not be possible after dispatch.

6. Pricing, authorization, and payment

Choose two visits for $53.98, three visits for $80.97, or four visits for $107.96 every 28 days. Single-visit plans are no longer offered. Existing agreements retain their agreed pricing. Denly charges the payment method saved through Stripe according to the first-cycle and renewal terms below. Applicable taxes or clearly disclosed additional charges may be added before you confirm an order. You authorize Denly and its payment processor to store your payment method and charge it according to the plan disclosures shown before purchase.

Trimming adds $13 per completed visit for lawns under 200 m², $15 for 200–400 m², $18 for lawns over 400 m² through 600 m², or $20 for lawns over 600 m². Denly shows the measured area and exact extra price before you confirm. Your saved card is charged separately after the crew completes the selected trimming and mowing visit. Every-visit trimming continues at your accepted price until you remove it. You can skip an individual visit or remove future trimming in Account until mowing starts. A new price requires a new confirmation; changes do not move your mowing dates. Your first mowing remains free, but optional trimming is paid.

If a payment fails, Denly may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, pause future visits, or cancel the order or subscription. Except where required by law or stated in these Terms, payments for completed services and started subscription cycles are nonrefundable.

7. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation

Your first visit combines property scanning, setup, and mowing in one appointment. The 28-day calendar begins only when mowing starts. Your first completed subscription visit is free. After it is completed, Denly notifies you and asks whether you want to continue. No mowing charge is made unless you approve continuing. If you do not approve, your plan ends and no further visits are scheduled. If you approve, the two-visit plan charges $29.99 for the remaining visit in the first 28-day cycle, then renews at $53.98 for two visits every two weeks. The three-visit plan charges $59.98 for the remaining two visits in the first 28-day cycle, then renews at $80.97 for three visits about every nine days. The four-visit plan charges $89.97 for the remaining three visits in the first 28-day cycle, then renews at $107.96 for four weekly visits. All plans renew every 28 days (not per calendar month) until you cancel. Recurring pricing is 10% less than the standard $29.99 per-visit rate.

By approving to continue after your free first visit, you give express permission for these automatic recurring charges. You can cancel at any time in Denly → Accountusing the same online account used to subscribe, or by contacting Denly support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle; visits already included in that cycle remain available. If you cancel before your plan’s first payment is taken, including before or right after the free first visit, your plan ends immediately and no subscription charge is due.

We will clearly disclose material price or plan changes before they apply and provide any notice required by law. If Denly ends a subscription, we will not charge a new cycle and will address any paid, unprovided visits with a replacement, credit, or prorated refund as appropriate.

8. Your property and safety responsibilities

Before each visit, you agree to:

  • provide accurate address, gate, access, contact, and property information;
  • have authority to permit scanning and service at the property;
  • disclose known hazards, fragile items, irrigation heads, wires, holes, steep areas, and restricted areas;
  • remove toys, hoses, branches, furniture, pet waste, and other movable obstacles;
  • keep children, pets, and other people away from the work area and equipment; and
  • not touch, ride, move, block, disable, or interfere with the robot or the provider’s equipment.

Denly or the Service Provider may stop or decline work when the property is inaccessible, materially different from the information provided, or unsafe.

9. Ratings, reviews, and communications

After a completed visit, you may rate the Service Provider and submit feedback. Ratings must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, defamatory, or contain another person’s private information. Denly may moderate, remove, investigate, or decline to publish feedback that violates these Terms or appears manipulated.

You agree that Denly may send service communications by email, text, phone, or in-app message, including access questions, schedule changes, payment notices, safety alerts, and support replies. Transactional messages are part of the service and are separate from optional marketing messages.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Denly, impersonate another person, submit a property you are not authorized to manage, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, introduce malicious code, evade payment, abuse a Service Provider, or use Denly for an unlawful purpose. Automated access is not permitted unless Denly approves it in writing.

11. Ownership and licenses

Denly and its licensors own Denly, its software, branding, workflows, algorithms, and the property twins, measurements, surface classifications, route data, and other derived mapping outputs created through the platform. You retain any ownership you have in photos, messages, instructions, and other original content you provide.

You grant Denly a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, analyze, and share that content as reasonably necessary to evaluate the property, provide and improve services, maintain the property twin, support you, prevent fraud, and comply with law. You also grant Denly permission to display your submitted rating with your first name and general service area, or in aggregated form, unless Denly offers a different choice.

Address suggestions and maps may use Google Maps Platform and are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denly and the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Denly does not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific provider, an exact arrival time, weed-free or uniform grass, or that automated maps and measurements are error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or use. Denly’s aggregate liability arising from Denly or the services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Denly for Denly services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for Denly’s fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where the law prohibits limitation. Your rights against an independent Service Provider may be governed by applicable law and are not expanded by these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Denly at any time, subject to amounts already due and the subscription cancellation rules above. Denly may restrict or close an account, decline a property, or cancel future service for safety, fraud, nonpayment, abusive conduct, legal requirements, loss of coverage, operational necessity, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability provisions.

15. Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact Denly so we can try to resolve it. Any court proceeding relating to these Terms or Denly must be brought in a state court in Broward County, Florida, or the federal court with jurisdiction there, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring it elsewhere.

16. Changes, general terms, and contact

We may update these Terms as Denly changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you should cancel before the change applies.

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our permission; Denly or TheWolfpack may transfer them as part of a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
