1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how TheWolfpack, doing business as Denly (“Denly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with Denly, our customer website and account, support, property mapping, scheduling, payments, ratings, and the provider tools used to deliver Denly services. Denly is owned and operated by TheWolfpack.

It does not replace a separate notice that may apply to TheWolfpack employees or applicants. By using Denly, you acknowledge the practices described here and agree to our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

Name, email, phone number, password credentials in protected form, account ID, invitation information, and communication preferences.

Property and service information

Service address, Google place identifier, coordinates, unit or gate details, access instructions, property eligibility, service selections, schedule, arrival windows, assigned provider, visit status, completion evidence, reschedule reason, issues, refunds, and service history.

Payment and transaction information

Plan, prices, charges, payment status, Stripe customer and payment-method references, receipts, credits, disputes, and related records. Stripe processes card details; Denly does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Communications and feedback

Support messages, call or message details, access questions, photos or files you send, provider ratings, review text, complaint history, and survey responses.

Device and usage information

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages and features used, dates and times, session and security events, cookie or local-storage identifiers, crash details, and approximate location inferred from IP. If you grant device location permission, we may also receive more precise location while a location-dependent feature is in use.

3. Property scans, images, and derived maps

Denly or an assigned Service Provider may use an iPhone or another supported device’s camera, LiDAR or depth sensor, positioning, and augmented-reality tools to scan the service area. A scan may include images or video frames, depth data, device position and orientation, approximate dimensions, surface and object classifications, access points, lawn boundaries, fences, slopes, irrigation features, obstacles, walls, windows, and nearby areas visible during capture.

Denly combines this information into a derived property map or “property twin” used to assess eligibility, plan safe robot operation, document the service, and evaluate other property services you may later request. Denly owns the derived mapping outputs as described in the Terms, but we continue to treat personal information associated with those outputs under this Policy.

Scans are intended to document property features, not identify people. Please keep people out of the scan area when possible. If a person is incidentally captured, Denly handles that image as service content and does not use facial recognition or create a biometric identity from it.

4. Sources of information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you create an account, choose an address or plan, message Denly, or submit a rating;
  • from the assigned Service Provider and its crew during mapping, arrival, service, rescheduling, and completion;
  • automatically from your browser, device, cookies, local storage, logs, and security systems;
  • from service partners such as Stripe, Google Maps Platform, hosting, email, and communications providers; and
  • from Denly’s CRM, calendar, support records, and lawful public or property information used to verify an address.

5. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create, secure, authenticate, and support your Denly account;
  • autocomplete and verify addresses, determine pilot coverage, and assess property eligibility;
  • create and maintain property twins and plan safe, efficient service;
  • match a Service Provider, schedule and reschedule visits, communicate status, and document completion;
  • save payment-method references, charge according to your plan, issue receipts, credits, or refunds, and prevent payment fraud;
  • answer support requests, investigate complaints, moderate ratings, and protect customers, providers, Denly, and property;
  • operate, test, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve Denly, mapping quality, service workflows, and autonomous equipment operations;
  • send optional marketing when you consent or where otherwise permitted, and honor opt-out choices; and
  • comply with law, enforce our terms, exercise or defend legal claims, and maintain required business records.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Assigned Service Providers and crews so they can access the property, perform and document the visit, resolve problems, and receive provider feedback;
  • service vendors that help with hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications, customer support, property tools, and business operations;
  • Stripe for payment setup and processing, fraud prevention, refunds, and transaction support;
  • Google Maps Platform for address suggestions, place details, and location-related features;
  • professional advisers and insurers when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, risk, or insurance purposes;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public; and
  • a successor or transaction participant in a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of Denly or TheWolfpack, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Providers receive only the customer and property information reasonably needed for their assigned work. They may also process information under their own legal obligations and privacy practices.

7. Selling, sharing, and targeted advertising

Denly does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Denly does not currently use personal information to serve targeted advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice and opt-out rights required by law.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including while your account or property service is active, and afterward as needed for warranties, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, legal compliance, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of the information, the service relationship, and legal requirements.

Property scans and derived maps may be retained while they remain useful for an active or reasonably anticipated property service, to document work and safety, or to resolve a dispute. Denly may keep deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you or your household. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

9. Security

Denly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, device, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, use a unique password, and contact us promptly if you believe your account or property information has been accessed without permission.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You can update certain account details, cancel a subscription, manage optional marketing, and contact support inside Denly. You may also disable browser cookies or device location through your browser or device settings, although some features may then work differently.

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Denly, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; learn about categories collected or disclosed; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses; and appeal a denied request. Denly will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request.

Submit a request through Denly Support or email support@denly.ai with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. Some information may be exempt or must be retained for legal, security, transactional, or other permitted reasons.

11. Children

Denly is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Customers must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If you believe a child provided information to Denly, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Processing in the United States

Denly is operated in the United States. If you access it from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Denly’s providers operate, which may have different privacy laws from your home jurisdiction.

Google handles address and place information under the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google Maps terms. Stripe handles payment information under its Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as Denly, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice when required. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
